Hello! I’m Advocate Kirti Bathija, My professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences. I have had the opportunity to work across Constitutional, civil, commercial, and arbitration matters. My present practice involves writ petitions, appeals, objection petitions, and commercial disputes.
I have developed a particular interest in arbitration, especially construction and commercial disputes. I am also increasingly exploring real-estate and RERA matters as an area of practice. My work has given me exposure to both court proceedings and arbitral proceedings. With every matter, I aim to strengthen my understanding of law while developing a practical approach to litigation. Going forward, I aspire to build a well-rounded practice with a strong focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, and real-estate law
